1. Our Premium three course, sit down extraordinaire - 3.5-4 hours.

Now this is what I call a buffet!
|
In this event you’ll create the opening night of your very own restaurant all with our friendly guidance and supervision.
On arrival, canapés are served, followed by an explanation of the cook-up process and a few quick safety issues. Analogies will be delivered between your work environment and a restaurant, then the music starts and you get cooking, without having to watch the chef have all the fun.
The big cook-up - The group will be split into teams with each enjoying the benefit of their own experienced chef/cook who’ll entice everyone to prepare dishes to create a magnificent buffet. You’ll learn how to chop, fry, sizzle, flambé, bbq & bake.
Bring on the wait staff! Now you’ll all create an “Italian Long Lunch” style table setting. Everyone becomes involved; putting out tea lights, flowers and napkins folded intricately.
The big REWARD….now you’re the customers! You’ll be amazed and rewarded with your delicious banquet as you relax, eat and enjoy the delicacies you’ve created together.
Your Glam MENU The menu is mostly Mediterranean/Latino….very delicious! Dishes could include Flambéed Greek Prawns with Feta & Ouzo, Marinated BBQ Lamb Backstrap, Moroccan Chicken Tagine or the Wicked Chocolate Brownies with Kahluah Mascarpone! Or for brunch maybe Corn & Jalapeno Muffins with Honeyed Butter!
Dietary Needs: With advance notice, we can cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements…. taking great care to ensure everyone feels included, not ‘singled out’ as having different food needs.
2. Cocktail style, food fairs from 1-3 hours
These events are speedy, creative and FUN and are perfect if you don’t have time for a 4 hour event or where there could be limited cooking facilities. Kick off your conference with a welcome party food fair, or start off the day with a breakfast soirée or an interactive lunch to wake everyone up and invigorate them for the afternoon conference sessions. Or even more perfect for entertaining your clients when you have limited time.
Choose your time frame from 1.5 hrs to 2.5hrs and then select your theme from our fantastic options:
- ‘Around the World Food Fair’
‘Mexican Fiesta!’
‘Fabulous Fondue’
‘Delicious Desserts’
We gather the group together for a ‘Cheeky welcome’ to get everyone fired up, motivated and inspired about what you’ll be cooking, learning and eating! We’d also bring any key words into the presentation dependent on your event brief (and conference theme) accompanied by a short safety session.
Smaller groups will then be formed and each group will move to one of the cooking stations where they’ll be enthused by one of our lively and talented Cheeky Chefs to create a delicious dish.
Once the dishes are complete, everyone circulates to partake in each station’s wicked creations. The number of cooking stations will be dependent on your time frame and budget.
Perfect for a pre-dinner function or cocktail event.

Instead of the usual static drinks in the office for your next social event, why not have Cheeky come to your office for a fun and exciting a cook up! Our lively chefs will create a real buzz in the office and cook up delicious canapés whilst entertaining your group.
